Use Syspectr and get information from your computer from anywhere
O&O Syspectr is a web tool with which we can actively monitor our computer with Windows remotely from anywhere, offering real-time functions and allowing us to perform all kinds of operations on our computer, even if we are not in front of it. As soon as anything new occurs in the system, the program will send us a notification that we can view from anywhere, whether on a mobile, tablet or laptop.
This tool will take care of offering us a complete overview of our entire Windows infrastructure. The entire process can be monitored from a website so that we can track all events in real time. We will be able to view all the information relevant to our system such as hardware, software, level of use, status of the hard drives, connection status, as well as internal and external IP addresses. Syspectr is designed to detect anything from installing new software, monitoring Windows security status, or failed updates.
Sign up and download O&O Syspectr
Syspectr is an application completely free and it can be applied to an unlimited number of Windows computers, servers and virtual machines. To start using it, it will only be necessary to register our email account to access your download from your website. Once downloaded, we must install it on all the computers that we want to control remotely, logging on to each of them. It does not require any additional hardware and is configured automatically.
Additionally you can hire some Premium modules of payment. These modules include additional functions such as Defrag, which is responsible for optimizing the hard drives and SSD of each computer. In this way it will be in charge of avoiding, in an efficient way, the fragmentation and physical wear of these elements, extending their useful life. Its price varies depending on the number of computers, starting with 10 licenses at a cost of $ 4.95 per month or $ 49.50 per year.
Control everything that happens on your computer
Once we have registered and added all the computers we want, we will proceed to run the program from the direct access it creates on the Windows Desktop. When executing it, a page will open in our browser from where we can perform all operations.
From the main panel we can see all the computers that we have registered, as well as the number of computers turned on. We will also see the Events, showing us the number of warnings in yellow and problems in red for each computer. The warning refers to information that is relevant but that does not have to be a serious problem for our computer, but it is important that we know it. Problems that appear in red can be a problem and require follow-up on our part.
We can also access the Settings by pressing on the wheel located in the upper right part, to control some additional aspects. From here we can configure whether or not we want it to show us a summary of the problems, favorites, computer groups, news and record changes, as well as current events. By default, all are enabled.
If we go back to the main menu and click on each of the devices that we have added, we will go to another screen. In it, we will see all the details of it, as well as the notifications. From here we can view and analyze hardware and software of our equipment, the operating system, the use of the hard disk, the monitoring of units, the USB storage, among others. If we enter each of the categories, we can choose other subcategories to monitor each one, area by area.
Warnings and problems will be displayed in yellow and red.
In our case, we can see a yellow warning appear in Windows Security, as well as a red notification in Windows Updates. This is because there is a new system update available that has not yet been installed so it requires our attention to be able to fix it. The program even allows us the possibility of carrying out the installation from the same window.
From the configuration section of our account (User settings) we will have the possibility of configure a variety of settings. From here we can establish the verification in two steps, hide the modules that we do not use or activate or deactivate the telemetry data to help improve the service.
