How to restore the OS from the command line (msdos) in Windows XP

On many occasions when starting the OS (operating system) it is left thinking or we see that it indicates that there are missing libraries and that in the end it does not start due to problems, be it viruses, erroneous installations, incompatible drivers, ect, ect, ect … and when you want to recover our system and not being able to enter Windows it is impossible for us and we have to either format or reinstall it.

Well, in the following tutorial I will show you how to access System Restore from msdos, although you see the command to enter, I advise you to write everything down in a block, so if it happens to you you can access the recovery console without any problem
the command is the following in case you do not see it well in the tutorial

c: windows system32 restore rstrui.exe
